Customer Service Representative

About the Position:
We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our busy call center team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a positive, fast-paced team environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Our clients are our top priority, and we are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive experience with every customer interaction. Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
  • Punctual, dependable, organized, hardworking, and professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to retain information.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A genuine understanding that providing an exceptional customer experience on every call is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

Work Environment & Schedule:
This position requires the ability to remain seated for extended periods while maintaining focus and handling multiple tasks throughout the day.
Please note: This is an on-site position and is NOT a work-from-home opportunity.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
